Site-Based SHEQ Manager – 14-Month Fixed-Term (Dublin)

Are you an experienced SHEQ professional looking for your next project opportunity in Dublin? We are seeking a Site-Based SHEQ Manager to join a major civil engineering project on a 14-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for long-term opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance on active construction sites.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to H&S legislation and internal standards.
• Support the site team with risk assessments, method statements, and accident/incident reporting.
• Act as a key liaison with regulators, third-party inspectors, and internal audits.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety workshops, and training sessions to promote a positive safety culture.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in a site-based SHEQ role within civil engineering or construction.
• NEBOSH OHAS Diploma or Certification (minimum 3 years).
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office and digital site tools.
• Full driving licence and the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• Knowledge of lifting operations and temporary works is a plus.
