SENIOR PROJECT SCHEUDLER (M/F/D)
Location: Vienna
Our mission is to contribute to reduce the global greenhouse gases by providing solutions for
the production of green hydrogen. We are stepping into the electrolysis market now and grow
a new business segment for ANDRITZ over the next years! In our technology roadmap we go
to the market with alkaline (AEL) and proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolysis process.
ANDRITZ has experience in turnkey and EPC projects globally, a high competence in best-cost
manufacturing, active cooperation with HyCentA Technical University Graz and Fraunhofer ISE,
close connection to potential Green Hydrogen customers in the existing customer base in the
energy sector through ANDRITZ Hydro, in the pulp&paper and steel industry.
What can you expect?
• Project specific:
o Co-develop the project Work Breakdown Structure in collaboration with the project
director and the project team.
o Develop and maintain the project master schedules including the critical path
analysis in collaboration with the project director and the project team.
o Develop and maintain detailed Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and
Start-up schedule.
o Create project status reports.
o Analyze and report the impact of delays and suggest corrective actions to keep
the projects on track in terms of scope, budget, and time.
• General:
o Establish a progress monitoring and reporting system.
o Create, deploy, and maintain an efficient scheduling management system while
organizing progress and time schedule meetings with internal and external
stakeholders.
What you bring to the table?
• At least 5+ years of experience in in scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor in
the field of large-scale industrial projects. Hydrogen, petrochemical and/or oil&gas
experience will be considered a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of construction and project management, meaning of codes and
standards, and an in-depth understanding of the interdependence and relationship
between all functional units in a project. Proven experience with leadership directing
scheduling functions will be a plus.
• Knowledge of project manament tools and processes for resource allocation, contractual
deadlines and scope definition as integral part of scheduling.
• Proficiency in the use of project scheduling software such as Primavera and MS Project.
• Strong communication, analytical and planning skills.
• Solution-, team- and customer-oriented personality with no hesitation to pro-actively
take action.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Degree level qualification in an engineering or construction management discipline.
