Are you a results-driven professional with deep expertise in CANDU refurbishment? We're looking for a dynamic leader to manage risk for the Cernavod? Unit 1 Refurbishment Program. This is contract role where you'll play a critical part in driving a high-stakes nuclear project to success.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and implement risk analysis and management methodologies.

- Lead risk management processes, ensuring the project stays on track, on budget, and compliant with safety standards.

- Collaborate across departments to monitor, mitigate, and report on risks.

- Ensure all project activities meet quality assurance standards.

What You Bring:

- 10+ years in leadership roles, with a strong background in CANDU station refurbishment.

- In-depth knowledge of nuclear engineering, construction, and environmental standards.

- Proven success in managing large nuclear projects.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.

- Romanian language skills are a plus.
