Are you a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with a deep understanding of CANDU refurbishment projects? Join our dynamic team as Quality Assurance Expert, based in Cernavoda, Romania, and play a crucial role in supporting the Unit 1 Refurbishment program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and evaluate contractor activities to ensure alignment with project quality standards.

- Develop and implement Quality Assurance programs that comply with the Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant's integrated management system.

- Manage environmental compliance, ensuring alignment with all regulatory requirements.

- Ensure the quality management aspects of procurement and contracts for the refurbishment project are met.

- Interface with contractors to ensure proper inspections, testing plans, and compliance measures are adhered to.

Your Profile:

- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering.

- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in CANDU Nuclear Power Plants.

- Expertise in CANDU technology, QA processes, and procedures.

- Proven track record in managing complex projects under tight deadlines.

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.

- Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.

- Fluency in Romanian is a plus, but not mandatory.
