Job description
Anderson McQue is seeking a dynamic P2X Global Sales Manager on behalf of a leading provider of innovative engineering solutions based in Cologne, Germany.
Your Responsibilities:
Join our mission to lead in reducing CO2 emissions through pioneering green hydrogen and renewable fuel plant solutions in the Power-to-X market. As the P2X Global Sales Manager, your role will include:
Business Development and Sales Growth:
- Identify, research, and engage prospective customers globally to drive sales of green hydrogen, renewable fuel, and P2X solutions.
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships to understand their needs, business models, and buying processes, collaborating closely with local businesses.
- Represent P2X to key stakeholders including governmental and regulatory bodies to influence policies and foster market growth.
Sales Management:
- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries promptly and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Lead negotiations from initial contact through to order placement, ensuring a seamless handover to project management teams.
Reporting and Forecasting:
- Provide regular reports to Division management on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate records and forecast sales effectively.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree-level qualification in an engineering discipline.
- Proven track record in sales management within an international context, specifically in P2X plants (e-ammonia, e-methanol).
- Fluent in English with experience working in multicultural teams.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate effectively with diverse cultures.
