Anderson McQue has been appointed by a leader in financial and corporate advisory to source an Associate Director to lead their new team in Tashkent. This is a strategic position responsible for leading on ground delivery of transactions, coordinating with all stakeholders, and designing and developing solutions for clients.

You will deliver independently (and/) review the high-quality work of the team for each client’s requirements; review / understand complex Financial Models, describe outputs of scenario and sensitivity analysis; review business valuations / investment analysis through due diligence and valuation exercises; and review / understand, provide inputs on financing structures using debt and equity instruments to ensure optimal capital structure and bankability.

You will conduct review contract analysis for Project Financing structures; prepare and review reports, information memoranda, summary, presentations; and negotiate with project stakeholders. You will discuss aspects of the financing structures with clients, off takers, lenders, etc. Your role will also involve participating in business development meetings / conversations and identifying each client’s needs to acquire skills and experience as well as contributing to the designing of business development proposal documents.

You will hold a Master’s degree in Finance and will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience with international banks, developers / investors / funds or similar financial and corporate advisory institutions. You should have experience in Infrastructure / Project Finance and a strong understanding of Project Finance PPP structures.
